Keep it, or don't
If it does what we agreed, it's yours, with 30 days of adjustments included. From there, most clients move to a monthly arrangement that covers new tools as you need them and upkeep on the ones already running.

Before Zielo Labs, I was the asset manager on a nine-figure real estate portfolio, which meant years of building the reports, trackers and reminders that kept a lot of properties honest. I build the same kind of tools now, for businesses that don't have anyone to build them.
